Role description:
The job pertains the implementation and monitoring of environmental and social compliance goals set out by international fashion brands for their supply chain partners in India.

Principle Responsibilities:
- Researching and understanding latest knowledge and best practices in the field of environmental and social corporate governance.
- Internal and external knowledge dissemination.
- Implementation and monitoring of all aspects of social and environmental compliance as per legal and clients’ requirements.
- Reporting directly to the client on specific ESG targets as well as identified supply chain risks.
- Taking active part in ESG risk prevention, remediation, monitoring, and evaluation within the supply chain pan India.
- Auditing of the supply chain T1 through T4.

Qualifications and skills:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (fashion, IB, supply chain management, sustainability, labour law, human resources, etc.). 
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (fashion, IB, supply chain management, sustainability, labour law, human resources, etc)
- 8-10 years relevant professional experience in ESG domain.
- Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Demonstrated English proficiency (Level C1,C2 = flawless drafting, listening and communication skills).
- Demonstrated communication and analytical skills.
- Strong interest in Supply Chain Due Diligence and Environmental and Social Governance in the private sector/fashion industry.
- Strong work ethics and quick responsibility taker.
- Eager to learn, to work in the field, to participate in trainings and industry events, and to engage in regular domestic travels.
